URE mission is to focuse on creating a stunning visual display, while creating a personal brand at your event. Our prime purpose is to transform your space into your dreams desires. Allow us to personally source the best linens, flowers, and other small details such as, escort cards, table numbers, signage, cake toppers, etc) for your wedding in order to bring your design to life. From your color scheme to your theme, URE will create a cohesive brand for your soiree.
Event Staffing
URE help you determine staffing needs, coordinate and manage on-site staff all while ensuring the successful flow of your event.

On Site Management
Our team will coordinate and manage all on-site activities and logistics. We guide the room set-up in coordination with the venue. We oversee all food and beverage service, including wait staff. URE is the point-of-contact for the exhibitor set-up and work with facility with regards to exhibitor floor plan.
